The Customer has the right under the EU Commission Distant Sales Act to cancel the Order within fourteen (14) days from the day that the Customer received the Product. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Your delivery charge will not be refunded. To initiate a return, please complete the form on our website to request an RMA number. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If you receive items you did not order or if items are missing from your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to reorder merchandise or to be reimbursed. You must provide us with your order number and contact details to organize a pick-up/new delivery.
If your order is damaged when it arrives, REFUSE TO ACCEPT DELIVERY! If you discover damage after having received the delivery, you must save the packaging (including damaged one) and take the photographs of what seem to be damaged on delivery. In either case, please contact us at email@example.com to file a complaint, re-order new merchandise or to be reimbursed.
If you receive defective items we will either replace or refund your order once the return has been processed and the items have been returned to us. Please note that in certain cases we may need to examine the item(s) before re-sending replacements or issuing a refund. If this is necessary we will try to make this happen as quickly as possible.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Produkte sind nicht in ihrem Originalzustand, sind beschädigt oder es fehlen Teile aus Gründen, die nicht in unserer Verantwortung liegen.
- Produkte, die über 30 Tage nach Lieferung zurückgesendet werden.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regularly priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, we cannot issue any refund on sale items.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged..
